Our townhome has three bedrooms plus a loft and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is spread out over three floors, has
three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and family room.
There is a gas powered fireplace to warm you up on crisp nights. Off the kitchen is a deck overlooking the Uncompaghre River
complete with a gas grill and outdoor patio set.

The townhome, built in 2001, contains the following:

with a large, soaker tub, shower and double vanity.
